Summary:
The Advisory Council for the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) met on January 13, 2016; attached are the meeting minutes.  The advisory council discussed the work plan for their new Executive Director, Sarah Elbadri, for the upcoming year.  Further, they discussed strategies for implementing improvements in the District.
