Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of the contract agreement for Mr. William Baez in the Construction Inspector I - Plumbing position. Mr. Baez is responsible for performing building field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY15/16 budget as a full-time, contract position.
