Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contract agreement for Mr. Felix Martin in the Construction Inspector I - Electrical position. Mr. Martin is responsible for performing building field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY15/16 budget as a full-time, contract position.
