Recommended Order for QJ 2015-005 - Princeton Oaks

Summary:

On June 22, 2015, Applicant, Jim Hall, filed four applications with the City to allow for the development of an industrial park, which will be developed in two phases. On August 18, 2015, the Municipal Planning Board ("MPB")  voted unanimously to recommend approval of the four applications.

Petitioner, Wanda Jones, timely filed a Request for Hearing Before a Hearing Officer on August 25, 2015. A quasi-judicial hearing was held on November 13, 2015 regarding this matter, at which the parties made arguments and presented evidence and material into the record. Subsequent to this hearing, the Hearing Officer issued the attached Recommended Order, which recommends that the City Council approve the MPB's recommended approval of the applications. Petitioner timely filed an Objection to the Recommended Order, attached hereto.


Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.

Recommended Action:
Adopt the Recommended Order and accept the meeting minutes for Item #3 of the August 18, 2015 MPB (attached hereto) for the Princeton Oaks applications.
