Summary:

The Fleet Management Division and the Orlando Fire Department are requesting to utilize Florida Sheriff's Association Contract #15-23-0904 with Alan Jay Toyota, Scion, of Sebring, Florida, for the purchase of four (4) Toyota Camry Hybrid automobiles in the total amount of $102,355.80.

These four(4) hybrid automobiles will supplement the City's existing pool of 100% electric and hybrid-electric vehicles, furthering the City's Sustainability Initiative.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize Florida Sheriff's Association Contract #15-23-0904 and issue a Purchase Order to Alan Jay Toyota, Scion, as indicated above, in the amount of $102,355.80.
