Summary:
Marcia Hope Goodwin, Chief Service Officer/Director, will give a brief overview of Black History Month and the kick-off event that will be held on February 23, 2016, and introduce the 2016 Black History Month Committee members.  The Mayor will read the proclamation, and the Black History Month Committee members will join him for a photo.
