Orlando Soccer Stadium, LLC, “OSS”, is constructing a stadium, “Stadium,” on property located east of Glenn Lane, south of Central Boulevard, west of Terry Avenue and north of Church Street.  The Stadium will operate as the home field of the Orlando City Soccer Club, which includes the Orlando City Lions and the Orlando Pride.  The City currently owns the majority of the property, “City Property,” on which the Stadium is located and the attached Agreement is conditioned upon sale of the City Property to OSS under a separate contract.  The Agreement establishes certain land use and design parameters and provides, among other things, that OSS will construct the Stadium, operate the Stadium as the home field for the Orlando City Lions and the Orlando Pride and convey certain easements to the City for utility infrastructure.  

Approval of the Agreement in substantially the form attached and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review by the City Attorney’s Office.
