At its meeting on December 14, 2015, the Orlando City Council deferred Item #8 from the meeting minutes of the Municipal Planning Board for the board's November 17, 2015, meeting. Item #8 was the recommended approval of plat with modifications application SUB2015-00055.

The “Cathcart Terrace” (PKA – Highland Terrace) plat with modifications application proposes the splitting of 835 Cathcart Terrace into three lots. The property is comprised of approximately 0.52 acres of land and would include two additional single-family homes.

Council deferred action on the item to give Mr. Mack, a neighboring property owner, the opportunity to contest the survey provided by the applicant. At this time, Mr. Mack has since withdrawn his concerns regarding the survey. Attached to this agenda item is the email correspondence from Mr. Mack and the staff report for SUB2015-00055.

Approval of plat with modifications application SUB2015-00055, subject to the conditions contained within the staff report to the MPB attached to this Council Agenda Item.
