The project will consist of the purchase and installation of new LED high-efficiency lighting in the Central/Washington Parking Garage, located at 53 W. Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32801.

The Procurement and Contracts Division and Public Works Department have evaluated the bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Prime Electrical Services Inc., of Apopka, Florida, for the high efficiency lighting upgrade project at the Central/Washington Parking Facility, in the amount of $193,160.00.

 

The bids were reviewed by the M/WBE office for compliance with the program.  Prime Electrical Services Inc. is a City Certified M/WBE supplier.

Recommended Action:

Approval of award to Prime Electrical Services Inc., and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement with Prime Electrical Services, Inc., as indicated above in the amount of $193,160.00 subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
