Marcia Hope Goodwin, Chief Service Officer/Director, will introduce Diane O'Dell, the Vice President of Community and Diversity Relations at Universal Orlando, who will give a brief overview of Universal Orlando Resort's volunteer program/Universal Orlando Day.  The Mayor will read the proclamation, present it to Ms. O'Dell and take a photo with Universal Orlando team members and other supporters.
