Summary:
Orange County is acquiring an easement by eminent domain to construct and operate a potable water line and a reclaimed water line on Orlando International Airport, "OIA", property. The property is owned by the City but operated and controlled by GOAA. The parties have agreed to terms as described in the attached Stipulated Order of Taking and Final Judgment. The City is executing the Joint Motion for Entry of the Judgment as owner of the GOAA property but the benefits and obligations accrue to GOAA. |
