Orange County is acquiring an easement by eminent domain to construct and operate a potable water line and a reclaimed water line on Orlando International Airport, "OIA", property.  The property is owned by the City but operated and controlled by GOAA. The proposed lines also cross an OUC Easement.  The parties have agreed to terms as described in the attached Stipulated Order of Taking and Final Judgment.  The City is executing the Joint Motion for Entry of the Judgment based on its ownership of the GOAA property and the OUC Easement but the benefits and obligations accrue to GOAA and to OUC respectively.

Approval of the attached Stipulated Order of Taking and Final Judgment as to Parcel 812 and authorization for a representative of the City Attorney’s Office to execute a Joint Motion for entry thereof, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
