Summary:

The attached ordinance will allow a 20 unit, 3-story townhome development.  The PD will be subject to the standards of the O-1/T/SP/AN zoning district, subject to modification to the minimum setbacks, lot width and lot area required for attached dwellings (townhomes).

The MPB recommended approval of this request on August 18, 2015. City Council approved the meeting minutes of the August 2015 MPB hearing on September 21, 2015.

Recommended Action:
Approve the attached ordinance number 2015-59 on first reading and request that the Mayor and the City Clerk present the draft ordinance for second reading and public hearing at the next regular City Council meeting.
