Release of Easement - TCR Holdings, LLC
Summary:

TCR Holdings, LLC (TCR) has requested that OUC and the City release an easement that was originally granted at no cost on April 23, 1986 and which currently has not OUC facilities in it.  New easements will be granted for any new OUC facilities in the area.  The easement being released is located south of Hazeltine Drive and west of TPC Drive.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Release of Easement – TCR Holdings, LLC and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
