Ordinance Number 2015-61 of the City Council of the City of Orlando, Florida, Entitled, "Chief Financial Officer," By Amending Sections 2.29, 2.30, 2.31, 2.32, 2.33, 2.34, To Provide Clarification of Code Language and to Update Quarterly Reporting Requirements To Be Consistent With Existing Practices

Summary:

The changes to the Orlando City Code set forth in the attached Ordinance are part of an overall revision of the City Code to identify sections that have become obsolete, are unnecessarily duplicative of federal or state law, or which need modifications to better reflect current practices and technologies.

 

This Ordinance is a revision intended to provide clarification of code language and to update quarterly reporting requirements to be consistent with existing practices.


Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.

Recommended Action:
Adoption of the attached Ordinance number 2015-61 as drafted and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the same upon adoption and review by the City Attorney.
