FY 2015-2016 Agreement between the School Board of Orange County and the City of Orlando for the School Resource Officer Program

Summary:
Under the joint program with the Orange County School Board (OCPS), the Orlando Police Department provides 26.5 School Resource Officers. These officers teach several classes and perform general liaison functions.

Recommended Action:
Approval by the City Council to authorize execution of the Agreement by the Mayor, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office
