Sidewalk Easement Agreement between McDonald's and City of Orlando
Summary:

The City is constructing improvements to International Drive in the vicinity of Altamira Drive.  In conjunction with construction of these improvements, McDonald's agreed to convey a sidewalk easement to the City at no cost so that the City could construct an ADA compliant sidewalk improvement.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the Attached Sidewalk Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office
