Use of St Lucie West Services District with Inductive Automation for the purchase of SCADA System HMI Software, C16-0078

Summary:

The Wastewater Division is requesting to utilize St Lucie West Services District Contract with Inductive Automation for SCADA System HMI Software to be utilized at multiple Wastewater Division locations.

The contract term will include two (2) years of implementation and the remaining prorated maintenance that will encompass all annual software maintenance during the period.   The estimated expenditure for implementation and five years of support is $331,453.00.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize the St Lucie West Services District contract with Inductive Automation, as indicated above, in the estimated amount of $331,453.00 for implementation, support and subsequent renewals, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
