Summary:

The changes to the Orlando City Code set forth in the attached Ordinance are part of an overall revision of the City Code to identify sections that have become obsolete, are unnecessarily duplicative of federal or state law, or which need modifications to better reflect current practices and technologies.

This Ordinance updates terminology and deletes portions to reflect conformance with "Florida Building Code, Fuel Gas."
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:

Adoption of the attached Ordinance,  number2015-54 as drafted and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the same upon adoption and review by the City Attorney.
