Release of Property from Right-of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement between City and Orlando Health, Inc.
Summary:

Orlando Health Inc., "OH," owns and operates a hospital campus west of Orange Avenue between Gore Street and Kaley Street.  On November 8, 2012, the City and OH entered into a Right-of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement, "Agreement," providing for OH's installation of way-finding signs within certain City right-of-way to direct patients and visitors to and within the hospital campus.  OH intends to sell a parcel of property located immediately north of Gore Street, "Property,"  In conjunction with the sale, OH has requested that the City release the Agreement as to the Property.  All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect as to the remainder of the hospital campus.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
