The subject property is located at 4850 Lawing Ln. south of the intersection of Lawing Ln. and Conroy Rd., north of Florida’s Turnpike, and east of Kirkman Rd  within the Florida Center North Neighborhood. Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
