The attached ordinance will annex property located at 5773 Dahlia Drive, which is located north of Dahlia Dr., east of S. Semoran Blvd, south of Hibiscus Rd. and west of Delicata Dr., and is approximately 0.193 acres (5773 Dahlia Drive). The ordinance will also assign the Mixed Use Corridor Medium Intensity future land use designation and the MU-1/AN zoning. The property is currently vacant with an existing drive aisle that is used for the property to the north.
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the annexation (ANX2015-00010), the GMP amendment to assign Mixed Use Corridor Medium Intensity future land use designation (GMP2015-00018) and the associated zoning of MU-1/AN (ZON2015-00013) on July 21, 2015.
