Utility Easement Agreement between the City of Orlando and Peoples Gas System, a Division of Tampa Electric Company
Summary:
The City is granting an non-exclusive easement to Peoples Gas System ("Grantee") for the installation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas facilities located at the Fleet and Facilities Division at 1010 S. Westmoreland Drive.  The attached Easement Agreement provides for the Grantee to repair any damage to the Easement area and restoration to its original condition and grade.

Recommended Action:
Approve the Utility Easement Agreement and authorize signature by Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute Easement Agreement, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
