Ratification FY 2015 OCDETF Agreements

Summary:
This is an agreement between the Orlando Police Department and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) which allows OPD to participate in Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Program Investigations or Strategic Initiatives by providing reimbursement for overtime spent on task force investigations from July 01, 2015 to September 30, 2015, up to $6,000.00.

Recommended Action:
Ratification by City Council of the execution by the Chief of Police of the Agreement between Orlando Police Department and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency for 2015 Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Program FC/FLM-1021 post-submission, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office and the Grants Development Division
