Summary:
The attached employment contract for Amelia Harris, PKZ Staff Assistant, will fill a vacant contract position within Parramore Kidz Zone, responsible for carrying out administrative and logistical functions for the program during the period of August 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016.  Ms. Harris brings 16 years of complex administrative experience to this position.

Recommended Action:
Approve the attached Employment Agreement with Amelia Harris and authorize signature by the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk, subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's Office.
