Summary:
The attached employment agreement for Anthony (Kevin) Caldwell, PKZ Part-Time Lead Student Advocate, will fill a vacant contract position within Parramore Kidz Zone during the period of August 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016. Mr. Caldwell will be responsible for providing direct academic success services to Parramore youth in close alignment with the schools they attend, with a focus on older youth who have been referred to alternative high schools due to low academic performance. The primary goal is to increase the number of Parramore youth who successfully transition graduate from high school or receive their GED's, and achieve post-secondary credentials that will enhance their future employment and income prospects. The position is funded via a grant awarded to the Orlando Community & Youth Trust from Heart of Florida United Way. |

Recommended Action:
