Summary:

The Advisory Council of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District met on July 8, 2015; attached are the meeting minutes.  The main items discussed during the meeting include considering potential capital improvements within the District, and the relationship of those improvements towards a strategy for implementing the Vision Plans for the area.  As a result of this discussion, the Advisory Council has called a special meeting for August 19, 2015 to discuss potential improvements and projects further.

Accept the meeting minutes of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) Advisory Council for its July 8, 2015 meeting, and appropriate filing by the City Clerk.
