Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to the improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of renewing Mr. Marvin Dryden's employment contract as Construction Inspector III - Building position. Mr. Dryden performs building field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY2015/16 budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about July 27th, 2015 and ending July 26, 2016.
