Summary:

An Ordinance granting Celebration Demolition Services, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, a non-exclusive franchise to provide roll-off container collection and disposal of solid waste within the City of Orlando; outlining the Franchisee's duties and providing the terms and conditions under which such franchise shall operate; and providing for severability and an effective date.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Celebration Demolition Services, LLC will pay the City $25.00 for each container pick up.
Recommended Action:

Adoption of the attached Ordinance,  number 2015-39, as drafted and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the same upon adoption and review by the City Attorney’s Office.
