Resolution Approving GOAA Resolution for Series 2015 Revolving Credit Notes Not to Exceed $250,000,000
Summary:
On June 24, 2015, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) approved a Resolution authorizing the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable Series 2015 Revolving Credit Notes with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $250,000,00, to provide financing for GOAA's Capital Program. GOAA has requested that City Council adopt the attached Resolution approving the GOAA Resolution.

Recommended Action:
Adoption of the Resolution and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
