Accepting 2015 Target Community Engagement Funds Grant Award
Summary:
The Orlando Police Department has been awarded $4,480.00 from Target Corporation as a sponsor of local National Night out events.  The funds from this grant will be used to grow the Neighborhood Watch program through National Night Out and other crime prevention programs to bring back a sense of community and enhance the relationship between neighbors and local law enforcement through positive interactions.

Recommended Action:
Approval and acceptance of the grant award by City Council, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office and the Grants Development Division.
