GOAA has requested that City Council concur in the approval of the following items approved by GOAA at its June 24, 2015 meeting:
GOAA Consent Agenda Item D - approval of an overall Plan of Finance for GOAA's Capital Plan and Issuance of Not to Exceed $600,000 In Debt. Projects in the Plan of Finance include renovation of the Airside 4 Federal Inspection Services, 90's wing improvements, and Central Plant and Air Handler improvements. The projects in the Plan of Finance are anticipated to begin construction over the next 3 years and to be funded from a variety sources, including tax-exempt bonds. The GOAA Agenda Item, Plan of Finance and Resolution are attached.
GOAA Consent Agenda Item M - disposal of surplus property that is no longer necessary, useful or profitable in the operation of the sirport system. The GOAA Agenda Item and list of the surplus property are attached.
GOAA Consent Agenda Item R - Amendment No. 3 to USDA Lease extending the term for 4 years. On March 3, 2000 GOAA executed a lease with the USDA, APHIS Unit to occupy 16,892 square feet at 9317 Tradeport Drive, Orlando International Airport. The original term of the lease was October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2014. Amendment No. 2 extended the term for 1 year from October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015. Amendment No. 3 extends the term for an additonal 4 years from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2019. The GOAA Agenda Item and Amendment No. 3 to Lease are attached. |
