Renewal of Employment Agreement for Construction Inspector I - Electrical- Andrew Brenner

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to the improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of renewing Mr. Andrew Brenner's employment contract as Construction Inspector I - Electrical position. Mr. Brenner performs building field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY2015/16 budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about July 13th, 2015 and ending July 12, 2016.
