Nona Park Lot 4 – the subject property is located on lot 4 of the Nona Park PD and is designated Airport Support District – Medium Intensity on the Southeast Orlando Sector Plan. The subject site is located north of Kinsington Row Court, west of Narcoossee Road and south of Dowden Road. The site is ±1.27 acres, District 1.

Request for approval of a Specific Parcel Master Plan (SPMP) for a 12,630 square foot office and commercial use.

Recommended Action:
Accept the meeting minutes and approve the actions of the Southeast TDRC, as reflected in the June 11, 2015 minutes.
