A bid was also received from Parthenon Construction, however it was determined to be non-responsive.
The Procurement and Contracts Division and the Streets and Stormwater Division have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Altair Environmental Group, LLC, for concrete sidewalk repairs and construction.
The initial contract term is one (1) year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $800,000.00.

Recommended Action:
Approval of award to Altair Environmental Group, LLC and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement and subsequent renewals with Altair Environmental Group, LLC as indicated above in the estimated annual amount of $769,350.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office. |
