A Request for Qualification Statements (RQS) for Professional Services for Energy Efficiency Improvement Project was advertised and issued on July 22, 2013. On November 25, 2013, City Council awarded the contract to the top-ranked respondent, TLC Engineering for Architecture, Inc. (TLC). The original fee for services was $98,000.00.
Fleet and Facilities Management Division is requesting to extend the contract with TLC to cover additional work during construction document development, the construction phase and commissioning of the energy efficiency project at City Hall in the estimated amount of $540,900.00.
