Summary:
A Request for Qualification Statements (RQS) for Professional Services for Energy Efficiency Improvement Project was advertised and issued on August 5, 2013. On March 31, 2014, City Council awarded the contract to the top-ranked respondent, TLC Engineering for Architecture, Inc. (TLC). The original fee for services was $735,000.00.
Fleet and Facilities Management Division is requesting to extend the contract with TLC for additional work that has been identified while auditing, designing, overseeing construction and commissioning the energy efficiency project at fifty five (55) City facilities in the estimated amount of $847,640.00. The change order includes a term extension to April 8, 2017.
