2015 Vote Processing Equipment Use Agreement and Election Services Contract for Municipal Elections between the City of Orlando and the Orange County Supervisor of Elections for the November 3, 2015 City of Orlando General Election and Run-Off Election (if necessary) on December 1, 2015

Summary:
The attached contract between the City of Orlando and the Orange County Supervisor of  Elections provides for the Orange County Supervisor of Elections to provide certain services for the upcoming City of Orlando election cycle.  The City of Orlando General Election will be held on November 3, 2015 for the City of Orlando Mayor and Commissioner Districts 2, 4 and 6.  A Run-Off Election (if necessary) will be held on December 1, 2015.

Recommended Action:
Approval and authorization for the City Clerk to sign the attached Agreement on behalf of the City of Orlando subject to review and approval by the City Attormey.
