Summary:
Establishing a Canvassing Board for the November 3, 2015 City of Orlando election and the December 1, 2015 run-off election (if needed).  Section 21.12 of the City Code states that there shall be a City Canvassing Board to canvas the returns in municipal elections.  Such Canvassing Board shall consist of the City Clerk and two (2) members of the City Council to be designated by Council.  Recommended Council members are Commissioner Robert F. Stuart and Commissioner Regua I. Hill, and Commissioner Jim Gray will serve as Alternate if necessary.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.

Recommended Action:
Approval of Commissioner Robert F. Stuart and Commissioner Regina I. Hill to serve as members of the Canvassing Board for the November 3, 2015 City of Orlando election and the December 1, 2015 run-off election (if needed), and approval of Commissioner Jim Gray as alternate member of the Canvassing Board.
