On April 21, 2015, the Municipal Planning Board approved the rescission of the Orlando Regional Healthcare System DRI Development Order (Case #DRI2015-00002).  The applicant provided documentation that showed that all required mitigation has been met, which is a requirement specified in Florida Statute to rescind the DRI Development Order.  Staff analyzed and confirmed that finding.

The Orlando Health PD ordinance adopted on March 31, 2014 (Council Documentary #1403311201) shall serve as the required local development order for the rescinded Orlando Health DRI.
