Summary:
The Advisory Council of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District met on May 13, 2015 at 9:00 am in the Veteran's Conference Room of City Hall; attached are the meeting minutes.  The Advisory Council recommended approval of a draft budget for FY15-16 to include in the City's larger budget document, which allocates $450,000 towards contractual services for that year.  This funding is contingent upon adoption during the City's upcoming budget cycle.  Additionally, the Advisory Council discussed possible improvements that could be phased in the District over time.

Acceptance of the meeting minutes and approving the recommended actions for the May 13, 2015 Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District meeting.
