Use of the Florida State Contract with Rountree-Moore Toyota for the purchase of fifteen (15) Toyota Camry Hybrid automobiles, C15-0309

Summary:

The Fleet Management Division is requesting to utilize Florida State Contract #25100000-15-1 with Rountree-Moore of Lake City, Florida, for the purchase of fifteen (15) Toyota Camry Hybrid automobiles in the amount of $372,660.00.

These fifteen (15) hybrid automobiles will supplement the City's existing pool of 100% electric and hybrid-electric vehicles, furthering the City's Sustainability Initiative.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize Florida State Contract #25100000-15-1 and issue a Purchase Order to Rountree-Moore, as indicated above, in the amount of $372,660.00.
