Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for Creation of the Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Summary:

On December 10, 2014, the MetroPlan Orlando Board voted to give the Municipal Advisory Committee, a subcommittee of the board, a voting seat on the board. This action necessitates the completion of an amendment to our Interlocal Agreement, to incorporate this change.

 

Attached is an Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement Creating the Orlando Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, d/b/a/ MetroPlan Orlando, a Regional Transportation Partnership, to add the Municipal Advisory Committee Chair as a voting member of the MetroPlan Orlando Board.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact. 
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement, and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the Office of Legal Affairs.
