The following sealed bid was received in response to the subject solicitation:

The Procurement and Contracts Division and Technology Management Division have evaluated this bid and recommends award to Presidio Networked Solutions Incorporated of Orlando, Florida for Network Consulting Services to assist with the City’s Network.

The initial contract term is five (5) years with an option to renew for five (5) additional one (1) year terms. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established hourly pricing and available funding. Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $105,450.00.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers responded.

Approval of award to Presidio Networked Solutions Incorporated and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an Agreement and subsequent renewals with Presidio Networked Solutions Inc. in the estimated annual expenditure of $105,450.00 as indicated above, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
