Employee Agreement for Fire Safety Examiner I Position In Permitting Services - Tommy Paulk

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contracting Mr. Tommy Paulk to fill one Fire Safety Examiner position. Mr. Paulk will perform fire safety reviews of plans and sites to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all federal, state, and local codes, regulations, ordinances, and statutes. This position is included in the FY2015 and FY2016 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about June 1, 2015 and ending May 31, 2016.
