Summary:

The changes to the Orlando City Code set forth in the attached ordinance are part of an overall revision of the City Code to identify sections that have become obsolete, are unnecessarily duplicative of federal or state law or which need modifications to better reflect current practices and technologies.

The attached ordinance deletes Code Chapter 47A, dealing with "Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating, and Ventilating Code", as it has been superceded by state lalw.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:
Adoption of the attached ordinance number 2015-26 and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk or Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City upon adoption and review by the City Attorney's Office.
