Summary: The changes to the Orlando City Code set forth in the attached ordinance are part of an overall revision of the City Code to identify sections that have become obsolete, are unnecessarily duplicative of federal or state law or which need modifications to better reflect current practices and technologies. The attached ordinance deletes Code Chapter 47, dealing with "Plumbing Code", as it has been superceded by state law. Fiscal and Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
