Summary:
Presentation of an agreement for the reduction in sanitary sewer capacity for Orange RI Hotel Venture, LLC (Residence Inn by Marriott). Orange RI Hotel Venture is developing an 136 hotel suites (kitchenettes) with 156 beds at a rate of 70 GPD per bed with an estimated flow to be 10,920 GPD. Based on the reduction in sewer capacity for a non-standard flow amount, the City of Orlando is entering into this agreement. The City of Orlando Sewer Service Policy in conjunction with Chapter 30 allows for such reduction.

Recommended Action:
Recommend acceptance of the covenant agreement subject to staff and the City Attorney Office review and authorize signature by the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same.
