Summary:
GOAA has requested that City Council concur in the approval of the following items from its April 15, 2015 meeting. The April 15 meeting agenda is attached and the items are summarized below:
CA Item C - concur in the disposal of surplus property that is no longer necessary , useful or profitable in the operation of the airport system. A list of the surplus property is attached.
CA Item L - concur in the approval of an Addendum to the Continuing Horizontal Construction Services Agreement with Prime Construction Group, Inc. for construction services for Project H260, Repairs to Enplane Drive Pier Cap No. 5 on both A and B Sides at the Orlando International Airport (OIA) in the lump sum amount of $409,112, with funding from Airport Facilities Renewal and Replacement Funds, and inclusion in this expenditure in the not to exceed amount of $460,000 in GOAA's current year budget.
CA Item W - concur in the approval of the use of Capital Expenditure Funds for furniture replacement in the passenger hold rooms on Airside 4 at OIA in a not to exceed amount of $1,500,00, and inclusion in this expenditure in GOAA's current year budget. |
