Summary:
After discussion the Harry P. Leu Gardens Board recommended and approved the rate for Private Garden Evening Events. This Private Garden Evening Event rate includes rental of the entire gardens for one evening not to exceed 1,500 people in attendance with compliance to City Policies, City Ordinances and Harry P. Leu Gardens’ policies.

Recommended Action:
Approve the Private Garden Evening Event rate as outlined in the summary above.
